Abstract
The influence of different light films under identical light intensity on the changes of anthocyanin, phenolic and flavonoid compounds of strawberry fruits was studied. The results showed: the anthocyanin content determined under different light films in the order: yellow filmgreen film and white filmblue filmred film, which were correlated with far-red/red ratios;phenolic content: blue filmgreen filmyellow filmwhite filmred film, which were correlated with red/far-red(R/FR)ratios negatively. The flavonoid content change resembled those of phenolic.
