Arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in the rhizospheric soil of treepeony (Paeonia suffruticosa) grown in Luoyang and Heze were isolated and identified. Total 35 species in five genera,including 12 species of Acaulospora,1 of Archaespora,17 of Glomus,2 of Gigaspora and 3 of Scutellospora were obtained. Among of them,Glomus lacteum and Scutellospora arenicola were new record species in China.
