Abstract

In order to change the current status of talents shortage in Wuxi software service outsourcing and software outsourcing industry,In last 4 years hard working,made for serving the industrial development upgrading of software park as the purpose,focused on cooperation of college and enterprise,finally found out the Government,Industry and College trinity talents training mode,and archived very good effect in software outsourcing talents training.This article introduces the main contents,training purpose,implementation methods and the assurance system of this mode.
