Abstract
The Phellinus linteus from Cambodia was taken as research object, which was optimized with mono-factor analysis and L 9 (3 4 ) orthogonal test. The antioxidation of the crude polysaccharides from Phellinus linteus extracted by hot water were determined. The results of the study showed that the optimal experimental parameters by hot water method and verification test were: the solid-liquid ratio was 1:18, the temperature 90 ℃, extraction time 8 h. The crude polysaccharides obtained from the optimum conditions of extraction technology were proved to have a strong antioxidant activity by antioxidant test.
