The Application of VE in Foundation Design

Abstract

Value Engineering(VE)has broad application in construction engineering design.Combining with a case,the paper conducts function definition and evaluation into foundation works as independent complete products,eval-uates the schemes based on this,in order to choose the optimal foundation type.Foundation design is the most promising partitioned project for the application of VE,we can choose the most reasonable foundation type by this theory combining with practical analysis.
