Abstract
Through setting field experiment of irrigation amount and buried depth of subsurface drip irrigation tape,to study the effect of these two factors on production of cotton and to ascertain optimum combination of them. The results show that yield is highest with 4 200 m3/hm2 irrigation amount,5 cm buried depth of tape, which is optimum combination for production.Furthermore, for these two factors, tape need to be buried more deeply in low irrigation amount and more shallowly in high irrigation amount.Economic benefits of farmland with mulch plastic film are higher than that without mulch plastic film. However, farmland without mulch plastic film has better social and ecological benefits.
