Review and Prospect of China Dairy Industry in 2014

Abstract

A comprehensive review on China dairy industry in 2014 was conducted from the aspects of raw milk production, import of dairy products, raw milk prices, dairy farm benefits, policies, and so on. The forecast analysis was carried on China dairy industry development situation in 2015, and suggestions on China dairy industry development in 2015 and further future was proposed in this paper.
