Research on Creative City's Creation Performance Index Based on Dynamic View

Creative city is gradually becoming one of the most important forms of modern city development.The innovation level has an impact on the level of the modem city directly or indirectly.This paper,based on dynamic viewing,proposes the creative city's creation performance index through the establishment of creative city evaluation index system,determines the factors of each index weights by improved entropy method,and carries out creative city correlated analysis based on gray relational analysis.This paper makes an empirical study of creative city of Nanjing according to the empirical results and gives some recommendation.
