Application of evidence-based nursing in the perioperative period of patients with cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on the treatment of patients with cervical cancer during perioperative period.Methods 56 patients with cervical cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,28 cases in each group.The experimental group was conducted with evidence-based nursing,while the control group was conducted with conventional nursing.Top score of quality of life,score of adverse emotions before and after nursing,compliance of treatment and satisfactory degree were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results Top score of quality of life and score of adverse emotions before and after nursing in the experimental group were lower than the control group,while the compliance of treatment and satisfactory degree were better than the control group.There were significant differences between two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the quality of life of cervical cancer patients and promote the adverse emotional status of patients,so it is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
