Abstract
Innovation could improve productivity and production methods,and was the fundamental force to promote economic growth.New higher request of agriculture technology innovation was needed to meet the need of agricultural modernization course.The meaning of agricultural science and technology innovation was analyzed.The problems and corresponding countermeasures in Hubei agricultural science and technology innovation were discussed.
