Abstract

Administrative style is an important part of the Party construction.Despite the overall improvement of the Party member qualities,considerable problems remain in some members working styles regarding leadership,ideology,and knowledge acquiring,therefore impairing the public image of the Party and the government.The Party organizations at all levels should make the effort to strengthen the education as well as supervision systems,foster a good culture of principle and learning,and therefore to explore new ideas of the Party’s working style construction.
