Abstract

Objective To investigate the effects of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in uterine scar induction after cesarean section. Methods Ninty cases of uterine scar were divided into A,B,C three groups, group A were given ethacri-dine amniotic cavity injection of induction of labor, group B were given ethacridine amniotic cavity injection combined with Mifepristone, group C were given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol for induction of labour, comparing the three groups of patients with cervical ripening score, medication to uterine contractions, uterine and placental time discharge time, success rate, amount of vaginal bleeding, residue of placenta, laceration of birth canal and the rate of adverse drug reaction. Results Group B and C in the cervical ripening score, medication to uterine contractions, uterine and placental time discharge time, success rate, vaginal hemorrhage, placental residual rate, laceration of birth canal are obviously better than those of group A(P 0.05);group C in medication to contraction time, placental residual rate, vaginal bleeding vol-ume was higher than that of B group(P 0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in uterine scar in-duction was a worthy of clinical application.
