The Construction of Land Requisition Compensation Mechanism Based on the Right of Agricultural Land Development

The paper points out that in addition to compensate the price of production materials of agricultural land and prices of farm- ers survival rights,the agricultural land requisition compensation should compensate to the price of agriculture land development rights,the price of national food security and the price of ecological security,that is to say,the compensation should be in accordance with the full value of agricultural land.As China's current agricul- tural land has a strong social security and unemployment insurance function to the farmers,which determines that our agricultural land requisition compensation must be based on comprehensive rights of agricultural land resources to conduct an scientific and rational dis- tribution for land increment formed in the course of agricultural land expropriation.
