Abstract

Since 2×362.5MW units imported from UK in Huaneng Yueyang Power Plant put into operation,PH value of generator inner cooling water has been extra low and inner wall of stator bar has been badly eroded and blocked.Inner generator cooling water is treated by ion exchange micro-basification and water turns to micro-basification,effectively controlling erode of copper coil.Water quality then exceeds GB standard and scheduled object is achieved.
