Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effects of different timing of surgery of minimally invasive treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 100 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and control group, each group had 50 cases, the treatment group did surgery after 0-48 hours, the control group did surgery after 48-96 hours, both groups were used minimally invasive treatment. Results: After treatment, the complete removal of the hematoma in the treatment group was 70.0%,which was significantly higher than that in control group(20.0%)(P0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the treatment group in life skills was significantly better than the control group, which was significantly different(P0.05).Conclusion: Early treatment of minimally invasive treatment on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage can remove the hematoma effectively, and restore daily living skills, which is worthy of application.
