On Confrontation and Cooperation between Modern Dance and Ballet

Abstract
Being two different forms of dancing arts,modern dance and Ballet has been developing in their own system.The open,upward and stretching beauty of Ballet's characteristics has confronted,used for reference and integrated with modern dance's natural,downward and individuality display features.Both of these two dances have their own dancing styles,and have enriched the expressive devices of their own,highlighting the win-win situation of modern dance and Ballet.
