Abstract

In this article,a new block design which is defined as almost difference set pairs is introduced.The properites of almost difference set pairs is studied and the necessary existence condition of the almost perfectautocorrelation binary sequence pairs is give.The equivalent relation between almost difference set pairs and almost perfect autocorrelation binary sequence pairs is proved.The theoretical basis for using almost difference set pairs to study almost perfect autocorrelation binary sequence pairs is provided.
