Abstract
In this paper, the process of the flower bud differentiation on JXDY-13 Radish was observed by the technology of paraffin section and dissection. The results showed that the bud differentiation process was included into non-differentiation, floral rudimentum, calyx, stamen, pistil and petal differentiation period. On this basis with flower bud differentiation index, the optimal vernalization condition was found for this variety, it was 13 days under 4℃.
