Abstract
The chromogenic reaction between the reagent picramazochrom and cobalt was studied. In medium, cobalt reacted with the reagent to form a green complex which exhibited an absorption maximum at 650 nm with a apparent molar absorptivity of 2.7×104 L/mol.cm.Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0~50 μg/25 mL for cobalt. The proposed method was applied to determine cobalt directly in spherical nickel hydroxide of the RSD(n=5) between 0.8% and 1.6%,and the recovery was 99%~101%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
