Abstract
Objective:To investigate the factors of adverse reactions induced by cephalosporins. Methods:310 cases of reports of adverse reactions due to cephalosporins were retrospectively analyzed. Results:Allergic reactions were cephalosporins adverse drug reactions,the reactions were related to age of patients and concentration of the drug,but not related to gender of patients. Conclusion:Health professionals should pay attention to the use of cephalosporins so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse effects.
