Abstract
The city(county) scale as the complete basic unit of our land management and urban land classification is significant for utilizing land resource effectively.A method of urban land classification of the city(county) scale land which is based on the summary of city(county) land utilization characteristic is proposed in this article,i.e.to confirm land rank by validating land price that is based on multi-factor synthetic evaluation.The result of research on the classification of Guiping urban land showed that this method survey result accords with the local actual situation.
