Abstract
Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloys, which have a lot of advantages, such as low cost, varieties, excellent wear resistance, are becoming one of the most important aspects in current researches of hardfacing alloy and have a good application prospect. In this paper, the research progress of Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy is introduced. The solidification behavior, microstructural evolution typical as-welded microstructure and abrasion resistance factors of the Fe-Cr-C hardfacing alloy are discussed. On this basis, the specific engineering application and research prospect of the alloy are presented.
