Abstract

Objective To explore the building and practice of cultivating mode of TCM research nurses,so as to provide references for better development of the personnel training and discipline construction. Methods Twelve nurses were selected according to TCM research nurse criteria and were trained on aspects of theoretical training within hospital,field visits and further study to strengthen the core competencies. Results Theoretical knowledge,practical abilities and self-assessment of the twelve TCM research nurses all significantly improved after training( P 0. 01). Besides,the completed one paper of the related topics was completed of all nurses. Conclusion The cultivating mode based on position statement of TCM research nurses can effectively improve the qualities of research nurses,and plays a positive role in improving research outputs of TCM.
