Abstract

Firstly,the organizational structures which are in common use are discussed,then a dynamic three-dimensional,role-based organizational structure model is presented.This model is applicable to the management pattern which centre at project and the field of business process cooperation.The common matrix organizational structure can be treated as a special example of this model.
