Abstract
Multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii(MDR-Ab)leads to increased nosocomial infections proportion in recent years, which resisits to many common antibiotics and cause difficulties for treatment and high mortality. This article reviewed retrospectively recent literature regarding antibiotic treatment of MDR-Ab,the sulbactam, polymyxin B,minocycline, tigecycline and rifampicin are used in clinical treatment according to these reports.Since the four antibiotics are used occasionally in clinical experiences,we discuss the features and effects of these four antibiotics in this paper, which should be helpful to clinical experiences.
