On The National Cultural Development During Soft Power Times

The 21st century is all power contest of the times,one with cultural forces as the center,cultural forces as the center.Chinese culture is an inexhaustible motive force for the Chinese nation having survived generations after generations and forge ahead in unity,an inexhaustible idea source that we raise China's soft power,and the primary resource and an important base for China's soft power.We should actively promote the spirits of cultural self-improvement,cultural self-esteem,cultural consciousness,cultural self-reliance,and cultural renovation;and promote the maintenance,inheritance,accumulation and construction of culture in order to enhance national cultural soft power.
