Abstract
The authors of the paper made a survey on the development status of community health services in one district in Shanghai.The results showed that the network, service pattern and performance of community health service were improved continuously and that there was bottleneck in terms of health manpower, facilities of health stations and operational mechanism.The authors suggested that some actions need taking to correct these defects.
