This article holds that Liu Xie's Discriminate Li Sao is a most penetrating and deepest works on the book. It also has many new ideas. It is a special exposition which eulogizes Chu Ci full of affection. It gives QU Yuan systematic and complet appraisal from inherit and developing features, the accomplishment of art, the position of literature, the effective to the latecomers .It sums up the principle and regular pattern of literature writing which is called Using unusual and beautiful language, but doesn't give up their fact. It also contribute the methodology to latecomers who study Chu Ci. LIU Xie's view point of Chu Ci is worth paying attention to. Besides, it corrects the misleading about the phrase博徒, persons who are in rich knowlege. It says the phrase should be a commendatory term, but not in a derogatory sense.
