Abstract
In this paper, induction of Lactobacillus casei FH-2 fermentation conditions were investigated for producing L-lactic acid. The results indicated that the best conditions of the strain. And studied the addition of different additive. We found addition of wheat base and bran together can increase the production. This strain can be cultivated in the media that temperature 50℃,culture 4h,bran 1% and wheat base 2%. The production of L-lactic acid add up to 40.5g/L. Conclusion:the fermentation conditions of Lactobacillus casei FH-2 were optimized, and the yield was increased at the same time.
