Abstract

A micro-dispacement magnification mechanism of flexible hinge based on finite element method was designed.The relation between micro-displacement loss of magnification mechanism and loading was deduced.The modeling and finite element analysis for three types of magnification mechanisms composed of flexible hinge were made by ANSYS,and their deformation and strain situation were discussed.
