Abstract
When the financial crisis broke out,the early-reached consensus of both policy-makers and scholars is that macro prudential regulation should be strengthened to prevent from systemic risk.The paper mainly studies some issues on macro prudential regulation and financial stability,such as the new characteristic of systemic risk,central bank's role in macro prudential regulation framework,the relationship between central bank and other government sectors,etc.
