Effects of Different Fertilizer and Density on the Quality of Rice in Cold Region

Abstract
The experiment in the effects of different fertilizer and density on the quality of rice in cold region was conducled.We studied the effects of amount of nitrogen fertilizer in early stage,amount of nitrogen fertilizer in tassel stage,amount of nitrogen fertilizer in granular stage,the using stage of adjustment fertilizer and density on the quality of rice in cold region.The results showed that the content of protein of rice was decreased with the improvement of amount of nitrogen fertilizer.The relationship is negative for the content of fatty acid and amount of nitrogen fertilizer in granular stage.Amylose content had the decreasing trend with the adding of total nitrogen fertilizer.
