Analysis on the Operational Fault of HP Heater

Abstract

Faults of HP heater are mainly produced by tube-bundles' rupture,water level upset,fittings' fault and unreasonable operation based on the statistic of HP heaters' faults occurred in different power plants in China recently.Now great attention has been paid to the normal operation of HP heaters in exixting power plants.It is not only related to the capacity of power unit and the economic benefit,but also related to the safety of whole power unit.Therefore,all ensuring coutermeasures have been put forword so as to guarantee the efficient and normal operation of HP heaters.
