Investigation and Countermeasures on Mental Health of Normal University Students in Liaoning Province

Abstract

By using the method of Literatures and questionnaires, this paper investigates and analyzes the mental health of normal university students who enter college in 1999. Each SCL 90 symptom factor of students in Liaoning is slightly higher than the routine mode in whole nation, mental health condition is apparently higher than the average of fresh students in nation, and there is a significant different between them, male students lag behind female students, countryside behind city. Based on it, the author bring forward that we should design and construct a new system of physical education according to the feature of normal university. Through the special function of physical education, we can facilitate the development of students' mental health.
