Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of intubation and mechanical ventilation in the treatment of acute respiratory failure.Methods:Retrospective analysis was used to study the clinical data of 40 cases with acute respiratory failure in our hospital,who were treated by intubation and mechanical ventilation.Results:All patients who received the conventional treatments were given timely intubation and mechanical ventilation at the same time.Through an active rescue,28 cases were discharged,and the cure rate was 70.0%.Conclusions:Mechanical ventilation can be effective in improving symptoms in patients with acute respiratory failure,which is an effective method to rescue the patients with acute respiratory failure.
