Abstract

The 24h-LC50and 7d-KBCF of triphenytin(TPT) to Chironomus plumosus larve,Galba pervia and Tubifex tubifex were studied. The 24 h-LC50 of triphenytin(TPT) to Chironomus plumosus larve,Galba pervia and Tubifex tubifex were 278.7,249.1,287.8 μg·L-1,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Chironomus plumosus larve to TPT at 5 and 10 μg·L-1 was 60.4,70.5,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Galba pervia to TPT at 10 and 20 μg·L-1 was 2 648,1 377,respectively.The 7 d-KBCF of Tubifex tubifex to TPT at 10,20 μg·L-1 was 41.7,48.7,respectively.The teratogenesis in the mentum and mandibles of Chironomus plumosus larva and eggs of galba pervia were observed.
