Abstract
The design of phase-sequence,a key technique for signal controlling at intersections,is not only related with geometry features of intersections but also related with traffic flow and other factors.The study on phase-sequence design in different condition can provide theoretical foundation for enhancing signal control benefit and intelligent signal control system which includes line controllingandarea controlling.
