Abstract
The temperature field of double faces mechanical seal is analyzed using software ANSYS.Considering the affect of the different gas leakage from the both side of the double faces mechanical seal, the temperature distribution photogram of the seal loops and the isotherm drawing are plotted.Discussing the affect of the variable axis'speed and the variable lubricating oil temperature on the seal's end face temperature field separately. The results indicate that the mechanical seal's end face temperature of the inside radius is higher than others;the immobile loop's convection is worse than the mobile loop's;the primary convection on the mechanical seal is via the lubricating oil,and the heat exchanges with the gas around the mechanical seal is very little.

Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
