Abstract

It becomes a focus to protect arable lands during Chinese urbanization.This paper,based on system background of Chinese urbanization and transition process of arable land protection,illustrates that it is now crucial to protect arable lands,and present some approaches to arable land protection during rapid urbanization,that is,strictly management,land saving,and land consolidation.
