Abstract
The essence of the western innovative economics should be used for reference to propagandize and foster the innovative consciousness in an all-round way, perfect and develop the national innovative system, optimize the innovative surroundings, cultivate and introduce great talents, nourish all innovative subjects suitable for the market, combine the market with our own superiority, the macro innovation with the micro innovation, the innovation of the government with that of the enterprise, the technique innovation with system innovation so as to auspicate the new trend of innovation with the concept of people first.
