Several Issues in the Course of Urbanization in Heilongjiang Province

The average level of Heilongjiang's urbanization is higher,but the urbanization quality is very low.The course of urbanization in Heilongjiang Province is restricted by the slow large-sealed industrial development as well as the factors such as system reform hysteresis and fund shortage.Heilongjiang should take countermeasures such as urban system development,attracting talent,deepening system reform,widening fund channel,promoting industrial develop- ment and developing resource advantage etc.to promote urbanism process.
