Abstract
Main steam temperature is fluctuant with a varied scope in desuperheated spray coal-fired power plant as the different response characteristics of leading and retarded control, and economical efficiency and steady operation of unit plant can be affected directly.Through analyzing the influence factors and delayed specialty of superheated steam,a kind of control strategy introducing radiant Energy signal into duct pilot of steam temperature is put forward.Stable main steam temperature can be obtained due to the rapid response of E by using the control method above, steam quality has improved as the same time. This is a feasible scheme carried out in a 300MW pulverized boiler of Shajiao A Power Plant.
