Abstract

There was only sporadic study on urban non- point source pollution load monitoring,and the lack of systematic study,and the study on method of urban non- point source pollution load monitoring based on urban underlying surface was less. With literature research methods,consideration to data accuracy and ease of operation,the method of urban non- point source pollution load monitoring based on urban underlying surface was studied. The technologies included sites layout,project selection,frequency determination,surface runoff acquisition and pollution load calculation method. It provided technical support for the method applications and promotion on urban non- point source pollution load monitoring. The four pilot regions rainfall monitoring results showed that the method was feasible.
