Abstract
【Objective】To observe and evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect S-Adenosylmethionine(SAMe),Ademetionine Ursodeoxycholic Acid(UDCA) and combination of the two drugs in treatment of hyperbilirubinemia.【Methods】From September 2009 to November 2010 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University,a total of 120 patients with hyperbilirubinemia were selected in the study, based on the same foundation treatment. All the subjects were randomly divided into SAMe joint UDCA treatment group(A group),SAMe treatment group(B group),UDCA treatment group(C group),40 cases each.A total course lasted 4 weeks, before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment respectively. Then detect theirs liver function to observe the effects and adverse reactions.【Results】2,4 weeks after treatment, the recover rate of pruritus of patient in A group and C group has significant difference(P 0.017),2 weeks after treatment, liver function index of three groups declined in comparison, significant difference was found in total bilirubin(TB) in A,C group(P 0.05).4 weeks after treatment, liver function index of the three groups declined in comparison.TB,direct bilirubin(DB) binary compared in the three groups and significant differences was found(P 0.05).Also there is significant differences when compared albumin(ALB),globulin(GLB),aspartate aminotransferase(AST) respectively in the three groups(P 0.05).Comparison of alanine aminotransferase(ALT) in A and C group also shown statistically significant difference(P 0.05).2,4 weeks after treatment, the rate of treatment efficacy of patient with A group and C group has significance difference(P 0.017).Treatment process has no obvious negative effects.【Conclusion】The combined treatment is more effective than the single SAMe or UDCA for hyperbilirubinemia.
