Abstract
The development of information technique is promoting the change from industrial economy to net-economy, but enterprises in China are now still not the main part of net-economy owing to the recognition lagging behind, the problems of self-management, operating system and industrial structure. Meanwhile, there are still problems of safety of network technique, trustworthiness, and law perfection. Enterprises in China should take the potential advantages of developing country, and blend themselves into the waves of net-economy development.
