Study on the Maximum Fluoride Content in the Drinking Water in Fujian

Abstract
The toxic action of fluoride and the total human body requirement are analyzed. The distribution of fluoride intoxication in Fujian is described. Based on the study on the relationship between the fluoride content in the major carriers and the patient rate, it is recommended that the total fluoride consumption of the grown up every day (yearly average temperature 19.6 ℃) should not exceed 3.0 mg, and the concentration in drinking water should not exceed 0.6 mg/L.
