Thoughts on Deepening the Open Government Information Services in Public Libraries

The promulgation and implementation of Regulations on Open Government Information of the People's Republic of China provide a historic opportunity for the development of public libraries.As an important channel for public to obtain information,public libraries shall fulfill the ordinance conferred social responsibility,actively carry out the open government information services.This paper analyses the current situation of the open government information services in public libraries,and puts forward the countermeasures to deepen the open government information services of public libraries in connection with existing problems.
