Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage hematoma serum levels of inflammatory factors. Methods 86 cases of cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in the Second Hospital of Deyang from January 2008 to March 2010 were selected as the research object. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group were treated with conservative medical treatment.Patients in the observation group took minimally invasive surgical treatment based on the control group. The change of serum levels of inflammatory factors for the two groups of patients before treatment and 2 days after treatment were compared.Investigate the effect of minimally invasive surgery for cerebral hemorrhage hematoma serum levels of inflammatory factors. Results After treatment, the level of decline for serum inflammatory factors of the observation group was signif icantly higher than the control group,P0.05.There was statistical signifi cant. Conclusions Minimally invasive hematoma can be quickly and effectively in patients with intracerebral hematoma removal. And it can reduce intracranial pressure, improve brain hypoxia. It is worthy of clinical application.
