Abstract
The changes of cellulase production and enzyme activity of some components in the cellulase system were analysed from two wild cellulolytic fungus grown on solid medium fermentation and shake flask culture.The results showed that two strains were of quick cellulase production speed,complete components in the enzyme system and high enzyme activity,especially high β glucosidase activity.Two strains could be applied to cellulase production and be parent strains of muttan stains.
