Abstract
In order to reveal the effect of the exudation of organic acids by root on existing forms and bioavailability of Cd2+,the effects of tartaric acid, oxalic acid, malic acid, citric acid, acetic acid and EDTA of different concentrations on existing forms of Cd2+ were studied. The results showed that EDTA was the most beneficial to enhance the activity of Cd2+,and citric acid and acetic acid came second, and effect of malic acid was the worst. When the concentrations of acetic acid and citric acid were one,and three mmol/kg,and the concentrations of EDTA were five, six and seven mmol/kg,the bioavailability would be improved.
